Las fuerzas del Fútbol y el Espacio se unen para inspirar a las comunidades en la tierra

Con los pies en la tierra, pero con la idea de un partido de futbol en el espacio, un ingeniero aeroespacial colombiano creo  un equipo de futbol junto a sus colegas, con el que logran promover y conectar la educación, en especial la ciencia con las minorías de manera divertida, sumando el deporte y haciendo más accesible el espacio a los más pequeños.

Camilo Tobacia nos cuenta como su camino truncado como futbolista profesional se transformó en un proyecto que lleva a cientos de niños a soñar con el espacio, con una profesión y con una pasión deportiva.

Camilo nos develó como siguió sus instintos y alcanzo una de sus metas, además nos reveló la filosofía de las compañías aeroespaciales: “fracasar rápido, te ayuda alcanzar tus sueños más rápido”.

Como ingeniero de fabricación, Camilo dirigió y realizo con éxito muchos proyectos innovadores para SpaceX y actual trabaja como ingeniero de Blue Origin.

The forces of Football and Space come together to inspire communities on earth

Feet on the ground, but with the idea of ​​a soccer game in space, a Colombian aerospace engineer created a soccer team with his colleagues, with which they manage to promote and connect education, especially science with minorities in a fun way, adding sport and making the space more accessible to the little ones.

Camilo Tobacia tells us how his path cut his dream to became as a professional soccer player, but he enhance his talent and education to be part of a project that leads hundreds of children to dream of space, of a profession, and of a sports passion.

Camilo revealed to us how he followed his instincts and achieved one of his goals, he also revealed to us the philosophy of aerospace companies: “fail fast, it helps you achieve your dreams faster”.

As a manufacturing engineer, Camilo successfully led and delivered many innovative projects for SpaceX and currently works as an engineer for Blue Origin.
