Disability is not an impediment, it is the superpower that inspires geniuses

Stephen Hawking, Beethoven, Frida Kahlo, Helen Keller, it’s part of an endless list of genius and all of them with disabilities that allows them to see with clarity what others may only experience as a faint whisper of the unconscious, gone before one even knows to grasp.

Today, my guest will teach us with kindness and love how we can see the beautiful life through the eyes of a disabled person.

Noëlle DeMarr​ is a Construction management professional with more than 10 years of experience delivering a broad range of specialized and industry specific projects and programs utilizing recognized construction delivery methods with a Masters in Infrastructure Planning and Management, from University of Washington one of her many talents is analyze problems, develop and simplify procedures, and finding innovative solutions

She works for CBRE and is the Project Manager for Build Team: Global Workplace Services for Microsoft.

And as the life is full of barriers for everybody, she reminds us that it's on us how we decide to live our daily challenges.
