With more than 25 years with The Mariners, Ingrid Russell-Narcisse is a pioneer, she is the Senior Director of Partnerships & Activation, the first women of color in this high position on the baseball team.
Ingrid has many recognitions, but she stays humble, spending most of her time developing and forging partnerships and engagement with global brands, and at the same time embracing and supporting a new generation of athletes to accomplish any goals. She advocates for early childhood education in several organizations.
